Directions
Mosaic sits one mile down Frontier Parkway from the Dallas North Tollway and immediately to the north of Windsong Ranch. Turn on Sunrise Lane to enter the community.
About This Stop

The Entry Monument was designed as a beacon, welcoming all to the Mosaic community and calling our families home. Soaring 30 feet high and set atop a raised berm, the illuminated tower is visible from the Tollway. Constructed of steel and poly-mesh, it is complemented by lighted signage and thoughtfully designed landscaping, creating a striking and memorable arrival experience.

The River Amenity Center

From the lazy river, walk back toward the Amenity Center and follow the windy path that skirts the lake to the Fishing Dock.

Tour stop 6:
Model homes south
Directions
Head back to your car in the parking lot. Exit the lot and turn right on Meander Way. Take the first right in the roundabout onto Sunrise Lane. Take your first left onto Triadic Lane, within these two blocks there are ten model homes you can tour from our impressive builders.
About This Stop

Model Homes by American Legend Homes, Bloomfield Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes and Tradition Homes.

Palette park
Directions
Drive south on Triadic Drive one block to Wild Tulip Drive, turn left, the park is down one block on your right at the corner with Rhythm Drive.
About This Stop

Palette Park offers a colorful, imaginative play area designed for children ages 2–5, with safe, age-appropriate features that encourage exploration and movement. Music elements are open to all ages, creating a fun, interactive experience for everyone, while the jumpers and rope pull are designed for ages 5–12, adding an extra challenge for older kids.

Model homes north I
Directions
Drive north on Wreath Lane and take the second right in the roundabout onto Meander Way. Take your first right on Lamplights Drive. Make your first left on to Trellis Drive and Model Homes North I will be on your right.

Elementary school
Directions
Cross over Lamplights Dr. to tour newly opened V.W. Smothermon Elementary School.

From the elementary school, drive north on Lamplights Drive to Keya Drive and turn left. Model Home North II will be on your left, at the corner of Keya Drive and Crosspatch Drive.

Lucia park
Directions
Across Keya Drive from the Drees Custom Homes Model Townhomes is Lucia Park.
About This Stop

Lucia Park is designed primarily for children ages 5–12, featuring dynamic play elements that encourage active movement, climbing, and adventure. The 82-foot zip line is a standout feature that adds an exciting sense of speed and fun. With the exception of the swing and slide, which are designed for ages 2–5, the park offers engaging challenges that keep older kids active and entertained.

Chroma park
Directions
Take Lamplights Dr. to Script St. and turn right. Go four blocks and Chroma Park will be on your right at Range Rd.
About This Stop

Conveniently located within the community, Chroma Park offers several play areas with fun, imaginative equipment for toddlers and preschoolers ages 6 months to 4 years old. Parents can unwind nearby under a covered area with tables and chairs, ideal for a break or a casual picnic.

The treehouse (coming soon)
Directions
Drive up Range Road to Meander Way, take a left and The Treehouse will be on your right.
About This Stop

The Treehouse will feature an elevated observation tower for panoramic wildlife viewing, complete with interpretive signage educating visitors about local flora and fauna. The space includes climbing features like rock scrambles and rope ladders, offering playful challenges for all ages, and a pedestrian suspension bridge. Coming Fall 2026!
