Contest will run April 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026. Drawing is January 30th, 2027.
Realtors® must scan the QR code at the Mosaic Amenity Center during each client visit to receive credit for an Amenity Tour. Visits without QR code registration will not be counted. One (1) point is awarded per verified Amenity Tour with a client physically present.
Three (3) points are awarded for each new home sale (contract) and three (3) points are awarded for each closing. Sales and closings do not need to be for the same home; however, both must occur within the contest period to qualify. Homes that went under contract prior to the contest period but close during the contest period will be eligible for closing points only. All points and entries are cumulative and tracked by the Developer. Entries are not publicly visible and no leaderboard will be maintained. Every five (5) points earned equals one (1) drawing entry.
Sales figures are updated monthly by Mosaic Builder Partners. If a Builder is at or near close-out, it is the Realtor’s® responsibility to report any eligible sales or closings to the Developer. The Developer is not responsible for unreported transactions. Any discrepancies must be reported within a reasonable timeframe, and all credits are awarded at the sole discretion of the Developer. Only new construction homes within Mosaic qualify; resale homes are not eligible. The contest runs from April 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. The drawing will be held on or about January 30, 2027, once all entries have been verified. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email. The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time and to disqualify any participant for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of program rules.
